Welcome to Romanova Photography LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By booking a session or using our website rmnvkat.com, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before scheduling your photoshoot.

2. Services Provided

We offer lifestyle, portrait, couple, family, proposal, and reportage sessions.

Photoshoots typically take place in Jersey City, New York City, and Brooklyn.

Travel beyond these areas is available with an additional client-covered transportation fee.

Additional services may include retouching, outfit and styling guidance, moodboard creation, and on-location session extensions for an extra fee.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through our website form, Instagram DM, email, or WhatsApp.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session:

$100 for regular sessions
$200 for reportage sessions

Additional time or services requested during the session may be billed separately at the photographer’s current rates.

The remaining balance is due immediately after the shoot.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, and cash.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled session to retain your deposit.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made later than 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

In the rare case that we must reschedule (due to illness, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances), your session can be moved once to a new available date.

5. Delivery of Photos

Your final edited photos will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after the photoshoot (timing may vary by season).

All images are delivered via a private Pixieset gallery, available for download for 3 months.

Clients receive their photos in both high-resolution and web/social-media–ready JPG formats.

6. Copyright & Image Usage

All images remain the sole property and copyright of Kate Romanova Photography LLC.

Clients are granted a personal-use license — allowing sharing on social media and personal platforms with proper credit.

Clients may not:

apply filters, re-edit, or alter the images;
use the photos for commercial, advertising, or resale purposes without written permission

By booking, clients agree that the photographer may use images for portfolio, website, exhibitions, and social media promotion, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing before the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kate Romanova Photography LLC is not responsible for:

unfavorable weather conditions;
client lateness or missed appointments;
technical issues with third-party platforms (Pixieset, email, etc.);
unforeseen equipment malfunctions;
data loss due to unpredictable technical failure after the gallery has been delivered.

In no event shall the photographer’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

8. Privacy and Data

We collect client information (name, email, phone number, and booking details) solely for communication and booking purposes.

A full Privacy Policy will be provided separately and linked on our website once available.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey, and both parties waive the right to a trial by jury.

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
